1 Eligibility

Before you can register and use MWPLAY, you need to satisfy every eligibility requirement listed in this section. MWPLAY treats these requirements seriously and applies them equally to all accounts. You must be at least 21 years old and meet any other conditions set out here.

• When you register with MWPLAY, all information you provide must be accurate and truthful.

MWPLAY may ask any player to submit identity verification documents at any time. Acceptable documents include a national ID, passport, or another government-issued ID. If you do not provide the requested documents within a reasonable period, MWPLAY may suspend or close your account. Age verification is strictly required on MWPLAY — no one under 21 years old will be allowed to maintain an active account or place bets.

2 Account Rules

You are allowed to maintain only one MWPLAY account. Your account is strictly for your own use, so you must not share it, transfer it, or let anyone else use it. You are fully responsible for all activity on your account, including all bets and transactions.

• You need to provide a working email address and correct personal information when you sign up for MWPLAY.
• It is your responsibility to keep your MWPLAY login credentials safe and confidential.
• If you suspect someone has accessed your MWPLAY account without your permission, notify MWPLAY support immediately.
• Your MWPLAY account is personal and cannot be sold, transferred, or assigned to another person under any circumstances.

• Creating multiple MWPLAY accounts is strictly prohibited. This includes accounts under different names or accounts using different payment methods. All related accounts will be closed if this rule is violated.

MWPLAY uses automated systems and manual reviews to detect duplicate accounts and suspicious registration patterns. When a duplicate account is identified, MWPLAY will close all associated accounts. Any bonus funds credited to duplicate accounts will be forfeited. Real money balances may be returned to the original payment method after verification, at MWPLAY's discretion.

3 Deposits and Withdrawals

All deposits and withdrawals on MWPLAY are processed in Philippine pesos (PHP). Accepted payment methods may vary and are shown on the platform's cashier or deposit page. No payment method not listed there is currently accepted. The rules below apply to all financial transactions on MWPLAY.

• Deposits are added to your MWPLAY account immediately after successful payment confirmation.
• The minimum deposit amount for MWPLAY is displayed on the deposit page. This amount may be updated from time to time.
• Withdrawals will only be processed to a payment account registered under your own name. MWPLAY does not allow third-party withdrawals.
• For larger payout requests or your first withdrawal, MWPLAY may ask you to complete extra verification steps before the transaction is released. This helps the platform keep your account and funds protected.
• Cash-out requests on MWPLAY are usually processed quickly. However, turnaround may take longer during peak periods or while your account is still under verification.
• The platform does not add service fees for regular deposits and withdrawals. Keep in mind that your payment provider or e-wallet may still charge its own processing fee.
• If you have deposited funds and have not yet used them for bets, you may still request a withdrawal. MWPLAY will process the request according to standard account verification steps.
• MWPLAY may hold or reject a withdrawal when there is reasonable grounds to suspect fraud or a violation of the platform's terms. This measure helps protect all users and maintain a fair environment.

4 Betting Rules

Every wager placed on MWPLAY follows the rules set out below. When you place a bet, you confirm that you have read and accepted these conditions. MWPLAY may cancel any bet that does not comply with the stated rules.

• Only players who have a verified MWPLAY account and enough balance in their account may place bets. Any wager from an unverified or insufficiently funded account will not be accepted.
• After a bet is confirmed on MWPLAY, the player cannot cancel or change it. Please double-check your selections before submitting your bet.
• MWPLAY may set or adjust the maximum stake allowed on any market at any time without giving prior notice. This is part of the platform's risk management and fair play controls.

• For live in-play wagering at MWPLAY, the odds that apply are the odds shown at the exact moment the system accepts your bet. Because live odds move quickly, the price you see when you click may no longer be available by the time the bet is processed.
• MWPLAY can pause or close betting on any market whenever needed, even while a live event is in progress. This may be done for technical, operational, or risk-management reasons without prior notice.

MWPLAY is committed to keeping its betting markets fair and clean. If a player is found participating in match fixing, using inside information, or committing any form of betting fraud, their account will be permanently closed and all related winnings will be cancelled. MWPLAY may also report suspected fraud to the proper authorities and cooperate with any investigation.

5 Bonuses and Promotions

6 Responsible Gaming

7 Account Termination

MWPLAY may suspend or permanently close any player account at any time, with or without advance notice, if it finds that a player has broken these terms and conditions or behaved in a way that harms the platform or other users.

• MWPLAY may close an account if a player submits false details during registration, such as an incorrect age or fake identity information. All registration details must be accurate and truthful at all times.
• If MWPLAY has reason to suspect fraud, money laundering, or misuse of the platform, the account may be temporarily suspended while an investigation is ongoing. The suspension will remain in place until MWPLAY completes its review.
• Any account that is found to be a duplicate registration may be closed immediately and without prior notice.

When an account is closed, any remaining real money balance may be returned to the registered payment method after verification, as long as no violation of these terms has taken place. 8 Limitation of Liability
